OCH Call Centre staff receive Awards of Excellence
Four Call Centre staff received awards for their leadership and customer service skills from the Ottawa Contact Centre Association during their 16th Annual Awards of Excellence.
The Call Centre is a one-stop shop for tenants to phone in and get help with anything from maintenance to parking.
Hussein Jaffal, the Call Centre manager, said those who were recognized consistently go above and beyond to nurture and support their teammates and they are truly committed to improving the lives of tenants.
“These employees take great pride in their work and really enjoy what they do. Their dedication to excellence shows in their interactions with each other and, more importantly, with the tenants they serve,” said Hussein Jaffal.
