Community Developer

Reporting to the Community Development Manager, the Community Developer works with internal and external stakeholders to build tenant and community capacity to create and sustain healthy, safe and inclusive communities in their assigned areas of responsibility. The Community Developer works to create and implement community plans, responds to community inquiries, problems and needs, empowers and increases the active participation of tenants and communities, improves access to services, and builds and supports positive and productive relationships between all stakeholders.

Project Manager

The Project Manager reports to the Director, Project Implementation and is responsible for the successful implementation of recurring and non-recurring capital projects as assigned. The position provides support to the core business of the Operations Divisions by contributing to the development of preventive maintenance programs; providing expert advice; undertaking specialised investigations and finding solutions to technical problems.
