May 23, 2019 – On May 25, Ottawa Community Housing will honour long-term tenants, who have lived in the Beauséjour Community since it opened 40 years ago, during a celebration of this Lowertown neighbourhood’s anniversary.
The celebration is a family event and will also include speeches from OCHC CEO Stéphane Giguère and Chair and Rideau-Vanier Councillor Mathieu Fleury. Other dignitaries, such as Ottawa-Vanier MPP Nathalie Des Rosiers will join the festivities.

- There are approximately 426 residents in the Beauséjour community, with children and youth representing 29% of the population
