Every day, thousands of Ottawa residents depend on our commitment to provide safe and affordable homes. OCHC pursues its mission to be a leader in the delivery of quality, affordable housing, and collaborates with others to develop safe and healthy communities across Ottawa. OCHC provides approximately 15,000 homes to 32,000 residents, including seniors, parents, children, couples, singles and persons with special needs, within many communities across the City of Ottawa. OCHC houses a diverse population of varying languages, ethnicity and cultures. As the largest social housing provider in Ottawa, OCHC manages two-thirds of the City’s social housing portfolio, and is the second largest in Ontario.
BUILDING STRONGER COMMUNITIES TOGETHER
OCHC would like to thank all levels of government for their support; tenants and partners as they continue to develop healthy communities; OCHC employees for going beyond expectations; the hundreds of volunteers who help us meet our mandate and the City of Ottawa, our shareholder, for its continuous support.
