En raison de son importance architecturale, il a fallu respecter un d\u00e9licat \u00e9quilibre entre pr\u00e9servation et modernisation.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">R\u00e9cemment,<a href=\"https:\/\/tphinc.ca\/\"> l\u2019entreprise Taillefer Plumbing and Heating <\/a>a proc\u00e9d\u00e9 \u00e0 une mise \u00e0 niveau importante de cet immeuble historique en y int\u00e9grant des caract\u00e9ristiques modernes dans le but de donner un second souffle \u00e0 sa structure.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Ces travaux ont permis \u00e0 l\u2019\u00e9quipe de se familiariser avec les techniques de construction du pass\u00e9.
