The event will also introduce the successful general contractor and architect firms, showcasing their crucial role in the development. This groundbreaking is a key moment in OCH\u2019s commitment to addressing the urgent need for affordable housing.\u00a0<\/p>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>About Gladstone Village<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n<p>Gladstone Village is an 8-acre, mixed-use development designed to offer 336 affordable homes with modern amenities and sustainable features. The development is located in a vibrant urban setting between Somerset Street to the north, the O-Train Trillium Line to the east, Preston Street to the west, and Oak Street to the south.
