La communaut\u00e9 compte environ 280 locataires et les enfants et les jeunes repr\u00e9sentent 38 % de la population. Ces derniers sont r\u00e9partis dans 90 logements dans un immeuble de 9 \u00e9tages et 25 maisons en rang\u00e9e de LCO qui entourent le Pavillon. Directement en face de l\u2019immeuble de LCO se trouve 70 logements sociaux qui appartiennent et sont administr\u00e9s par la National Capital Region Vietnamese Canadian Non Profit Housing Corporation.
