Project

OCH is transforming this property. The community was comprised of 30, one-bedroom homes at the end of their lifecycle. The revitalization will feature 15, three-bedroom homes, providing much-needed affordable housing for families. All residents were rehoused prior to the start of construction. A green space and a playground will also be a part of the revitalized community.

This apartment community is located on the south side of Montreal Road, between the Vanier Parkway and St. Laurent Boulevard. It is within easy walking distance to the many shops and services located on Montreal Road.
