Volunteers to take action in OCHC Community

March 18, 2019 – Join us for a United Way Ottawa Community Action Day at Bronson Terrace.

United Way Ottawa hosts Community Action Days to connect workplace teams with projects in OCHC communities. The latest project will see volunteers paint hallways.

Beautification projects such as this help to engage tenants and increase pride of place.

WHAT: A team of approximately 20 volunteers are giving back and painting the hallways of the three-storey walk up building. An invite to the event can be found here.

WHO: Speakers to include: OCHC CEO Stéphane Giguère and OCHC Chair Councillor Mathieu Fleury. Partners include: United Way Ottawa and Ottawa Community Housing

WHEN: March 19 9:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m.

WHERE: 212 Bronson Avenue

PHOTO-OP: Media are welcome to attend this event. The best time to attend is between 9 and 9:30 a.m.
