OCH would like to notify tenants that Canada Post may be experiencing a labour disruption as of May 22, 2025. If confirmed, mail and parcels will not be delivered, and no new items will be accepted. In the meantime, we ask all tenants not to send their rent cheques and money orders in the mail until further notice. Other payment options are available. Please see other available options here
OCH has completed work in 24 communities that aim to reduce waste and encourage the use of green bins. Check out the photos from 312 Cumberland. OCH and the City of Ottawa staff went door to door to provide compost bins for the kitchen. The garbage room has been renovated to encourage organics diversion and recycling.
