Canada Post Service Interruption

OCH would like to notify tenants that Canada Post is experiencing a labour disruption, effective September 25, 2025. Mail and parcels will not be delivered, and no new items will be accepted. You can find more information on Canada Post’s website.

We ask all tenants NOT to send their rent cheques and money orders by mail until further notice. Other payment options are available. Please see other available options here.

BEAUSOLEIL DR

200 Beausoleil Drive, Ottawa

Ottawa Community Housing’s Beausoleil Project is a new development adjacent to 200-201 Beausoleil Drive in Ottawa, which includes two existing high-rise buildings owned and operated by OCH.

Located in the eastern portion of the site, at the corner of Beausoleil Drive and Chapel Street, the development is a 20-storey residential apartment building with a 6-storey podium. 

This project is currently in development (planning phase), subject to available financing, and requires approval from the City of Ottawa.

  • 159 homes (152 one-bedroom homes and seven two-bedroom homes)
  • Of the 159 homes, 32 will be accessible
