OCH would like to notify tenants that Canada Post may be experiencing a labour disruption as of May 22, 2025. If confirmed, mail and parcels will not be delivered, and no new items will be accepted. In the meantime, we ask all tenants not to send their rent cheques and money orders in the mail until further notice. Other payment options are available. Please see other available options here

Meaning: Joy reflects community connections, recreation and love. The mural features a child’s face framed by vines, along with flowers, and symbols of youth hobbies representing a strong, supportive, and joyful community.
