Canada Post Service Interruption

OCH would like to notify tenants that Canada Post is experiencing a labour disruption, effective September 25, 2025. Mail and parcels will not be delivered, and no new items will be accepted. You can find more information on Canada Post’s website.

We ask all tenants NOT to send their rent cheques and money orders by mail until further notice. Other payment options are available. Please see other available options here.

GLADSTONE VILLAGE PHASE 2

Gladstone Village Phase 2

Phase 2 will bring more homes, more services, and better transit access to Gladstone Village. OCH will develop three new residential buildings on a 2.41-acre site, including two paired towers and a new tower beside the LRT station.

Gladstone Village will add up to 975 new affordable homes, along with community amenities, underground parking, commercial space, and a new seniors’ community centre.

ARRIV Properties represents a new concept to fill the gap in Ottawa’s affordable rental market. ARRIV Properties is a new banner for OCH’s affordable housing rentals. It is an exciting milestone because it signals another offering in the housing continuum by providing apartments and townhomes at affordable prices for low- to moderate-income households.
