Big Changes Are Coming to Your Tenant Service Centres!

We are excited to share the Tenant Service Centre at 731 Chapel Crescent will reopen on May 7.
We renovated and are happy to welcome you back to a refreshed space with more room, updated features, and improved services—all designed to better serve you. Don’t take our word for it, come check out the re-opening BBQ we are hosting on May 7.

Please note: The main entrance at 731 Chapel has changed and is now located on Wiggins Private.
The Centre at Chapel has been a vital hub for tenants in the area, and these upgrades will allow us to better meet your needs.
Why the change?
By putting all of our services in two, dedicated service centres – staff will be able to help you resolve everything in one visit.
The decision came from our OCH service promise – we will work together to build relationships and better understand your needs.
It will take less time to complete annual reviews. By having all staff in one place, we can ensure we have all the information to process your review more quickly and efficiently.
What’s new at our renovated Tenant Service Centres?
We have expanded our space to serve more tenants. Chapel now features 8 front desks (including one accessible), up from 2, and Ramsey now has 4.
Services are standardized across centres, so you can access the same help no matter which location you visit.
Our new ticketing system and one-appointment model will help ensure faster, more efficient service.

It is important to remember you can always contact OCH staff by calling our 24/7 Call Centre at 613-731-1182.
You can also chat with us through the Live Chat feature on our website at www.och-lco.ca, available Monday to Friday from 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.
Another option is to visit the My Home online tenant portal to create an account and make a request for services.
