Canada Post Service Interruption

OCH would like to notify tenants that Canada Post is experiencing a labour disruption, effective September 25, 2025. Mail and parcels will not be delivered, and no new items will be accepted. You can find more information on Canada Post’s website.

We ask all tenants NOT to send their rent cheques and money orders by mail until further notice. Other payment options are available. Please see other available options here.

The site is located at 505 and 515 Branch Street, at the southern edge of the Barrhaven community, near the intersection of Jockvale Road and Bending Way.

Situated in a rapidly developing area of Ottawa, the site is surrounded by newly built single-family townhouses across Bending Way, with additional housing following the same pattern currently under construction on the south side of Branch Street.

The development will include 32 new modular homes

505 Branch Street: 22 units – evenly split between 2- and 3-bedroom homes, plus 3 ground-floor accessible units

515 Branch Street: 10 units – evenly split between 2- and 3-bedroom homes, plus 4 ground-floor accessible units
