Geyser Place
Geyser Place is the second and final development phase (Phase 1 Branch Street) for the property acquired to develop affordable housing.
The site is located in the Barrhaven West neighbourhood, bordered by Jockvale Road, Bending Way, Branch Street, and a future multi-use pathway (MUP) adjacent to the Jock River. The proposed development includes a nine-storey tower with 100 homes, as well as a block of eighteen stacked townhouses fronting Branch Street.
The project intends to provide 118 family homes, including studio, one-, two-, three-, and four-bedroom homes.
