Geyser Place

Background

Geyser Place, formerly Branch St. Phase 2, is the second and final development phase for the property acquired to develop affordable housing. 

The site is located in the Barrhaven West neighbourhood, bordered by Jockvale Road, Bending Way, Branch Street, and a future multi-use pathway (MUP) adjacent to the Jock River. The proposed development includes a nine-storey tower with 99 residential units, as well as a block of eighteen stacked townhouses fronting Branch Street.

The project intends to provide 117 family homes, including studio, one-, two-, three-, and four-bedroom homes.
