Common at Zibi is the first purpose-built rental building within the Zibi community on the Ontario side, which is part of a comprehensive development plan. Situated at 300 Mìwåte Private, Zibi’s location is unparalleled. No other community boasts 34 acres of waterfront in the downtown cores of both Ottawa and Gatineau. The building will have 7 floors of co-living homes, 2 floors of Ottawa Community Housing presented by ARRIV properties affordable homes (19 homes on floors 9 & 10), 14 floors of traditional market homes and offer a wide range of amenities.
This new community will offer 19 affordable homes below Ottawa’s average rent for low to moderate-income households, outpaced by the soaring rental costs in the City of Ottawa.
