Become a Tenant Leader
Do you want to help make your community a better place to live?
With help from OCH staff, many OCH communities have tenant groups. These groups plan events like Canada Day parties and holiday dinners. They also run programs like homework clubs and game nights.
Tenant Leaders are people who live in the community and want to help. They talk with OCH staff, share ideas, and help solve problems.
OCH also invites Tenant Leaders to meetings to talk about important topics. Sometimes, tenants can join the OCH Board of Directors or committees to help make decisions.
