OCH would like to notify tenants that Canada Post may be experiencing a labour disruption as of May 22, 2025. If confirmed, mail and parcels will not be delivered, and no new items will be accepted. CENTRETOWN MURAL

Location: outer wall 453 Cooper St.

Meaning: Marion Dewar Place is home to 181 tenants who provided their input on what the mural would look like. The artist held community meetings and posted two versions of the design in the laundry room so everyone could have a chance to have their say. Daniel Martelock is an Ottawa-based artist who focuses on Illustrative graphic styles of quirky birds, wildlife, birdhouses, and fun, colourful backgrounds that can be found throughout the Ottawa area. Through the murals, OCH engages tenants in meaningful conversations about their community and beautifies the urban landscape.
