Meaning: Transformation: a welcoming Ottawa mural was born out of Ottawa Local Immigration’s Welcoming Ottawa week. The artist held brainstorming sessions with residents across the city. 

Partners: The mural was funded by Paint it Up!, a Crime Prevention Ottawa initiative.
