Canada Post Service Interruption
OCH would like to notify tenants that Canada Post is experiencing a labour disruption, effective September 25, 2025. Mail and parcels will not be delivered, and no new items will be accepted. You can find more information on Canada Post’s website.
We ask all tenants NOT to send their rent cheques and money orders by mail until further notice. Other payment options are available. Please see other available options here.
On Aug. 12, 13 tenants attended an origami workshop at 395 Somerset. The program was led by Jewish Family Services with the help of two summer volunteers. Tenants enjoyed gathering in a cool space to socialize and learn together.
