OCH’s Maintenance staff are on the job this winter. They remove snow and ice from the main roads and your community parking lot.

Here is what you need to know.

What is the responsibility of the OCH team?

  • Snow will be removed from parking lots, main roads, and pathways as long as cars are moved.
  • To remove the snow, there must be some empty parking spots.
  • We will post signs on any paths or sidewalks that we don’t clear during the winter months.

Tenants’ responsibility

  • Make sure to move your car, so that snow can be removed from the community’s parking lot is your responsibility.
  • If you have a driveway or laneway, you are responsible for clearing it of snow.
  • If you need to move your car to a visitor parking spot, you must register your vehicle. If not, your car could be ticketed or towed.
  • If you park on the street, check signs to see when parking is allowed.

How to register for visitors parking

You can register for Visitor Parking three ways:

  • By phone: 1-833-243-6901
