OCH would like to notify tenants that Canada Post may be experiencing a labour disruption as of May 22, 2025. If confirmed, mail and parcels will not be delivered, and no new items will be accepted. In the meantime, we ask all tenants not to send their rent cheques and money orders in the mail until further notice. Other payment options are available. Please see other available options here

What?

OCH will be upgrading the maintenance software.

 

When?

Between Tuesday, April 2nd 5PM and Saturday April 6th.

 

How will this affect tenants?

Our maintenance teams will continue to perform maintenance requests.

The call center will continue to take your calls.

It will be business as usual, with two exceptions:

  • We will not be able to give out work order numbers during the upgrade.
  • We will not be able to confirm times for appointments on work orders issued between April 3 and 5. If you request a 24-hour notice to enter, the work will be scheduled after April 8th.
