Between Tuesday, April 2nd 5PM and Saturday April 6th.
How will this affect tenants?
Our maintenance teams will continue to perform maintenance requests.
The call center will continue to take your calls.
It will be business as usual, with two exceptions:
- We will not be able to give out work order numbers during the upgrade.
- We will not be able to confirm times for appointments on work orders issued between April 3 and 5. If you request a 24-hour notice to enter, the work will be scheduled after April 8th.
