Residents at 160 Charlotte can relax and enjoy the view in their backyard this summer thanks to two new garden swings funded by the Community Capital Fund.

Did you know that each year, a committee comprised of OCH staff and tenants selects eligible community improvement projects to fund? They review applications from tenant groups. Items funded can include anything from new lounge furniture to kitchen equipment. In 2022, OCH provided more than $97,000 in funding for 39 projects.

The application period for 2023 opens on January 3 and runs until February 24. Contact your Community Developer for more information.
