Did you know OCH has a Subsidy Loss Prevention Team? 

This team helps you keep your rent subsidy and stay housed. They reach out before important deadlines, help you understand what documents you need, connect you with community supports, and work with you to solve problems before they put your subsidy at risk.  

How they help you: 

• Remind you about annual review deadlines 

• Help you gather required documents 

• Connect you with helpful programs and services 

• Work with you to prevent subsidy loss and rental debt

If you have questions about your subsidy, annual review, or required documents, you can call the Tenant Experience line at 613-731-1182 ext. 4, ext. 1, or come into our offices located at 731 Chapel Crescent and 1065 Ramsey Crescent. We are open Monday to Friday from 8:30 am to 4: 30 pm.  
 
Important: Our Subsidy Loss Prevention Team is currently visiting communities to connect with tenants before Annual Review deadlines approach. If you see them in your building, take a moment to say hello. They are there to answer questions, provide guidance, and help make the Annual Review process as smooth and stress-free as possible.
