OTTAWA August 19, 2024 We are pleased to celebrate an investment in Hintonburg Place that resulted in new flooring for common areas and hallways, as well as new lighting and paint.   

In 2024, OCH invested $1.8 million in “Welcome Home” projects in 13 communities, which aim to make them more welcoming for tenants and their guests.   

This work directly impacts the buildings’ 119 residents, who were consulted on the renovations. We will be joined by Stéphane Giguère, Chief Executive Officer of OCH, building tenants, and Kitchissippi Councillor Jeff Leiper.
