OCH would like to notify their tenants that Canada Post may be experiencing a labour disruption as of September 26, 2018. If confirmed, mail and parcels will not be delivered, and no new items will be accepted. You can find more information on Canada Post’s website under Announcement, Latest news, updates and alerts.

In the meantime, we are asking all tenants not to send their rent cheques and money orders in the mail, starting immediately.

Rent not received on time will be considered late

There are many other ways you can pay your rent on time.

    1. OCH offices: You can pay by cheque or money order at your local OCH office or at 39 Auriga Drive. You are also able to pay by interact or debit card at the OCH office of your choice. Please note that with the Canada Post labour disruption, you must bring the cheque or money order to the OCH office of your choice.
    2. Electronic Payment: This can be done by phone, ATM (bank machine) or the Internet. You can ask your bank to set it up for you. If you already pay your bills online or by the phone, you can set up the rent payment just like your other bills. If you do not know your tenant number, please contact OCH at 613-731-1182, option 3 followed by option 2.
    3. Preauthorized Payment (PAP): Your rent is taken from your bank account automatically on the 1st day of each month. Changes to the amount of your rent are made automatically.

Please note that cash is not accepted at any OCH office.

If you have any questions, please call OCH 24/7 Call Centre at 613-731-1182.

Your ongoing co-operation and patience are appreciated.

OCH is committed to building healthy, safe and inclusive communities.
