March 11, 2026 (OTTAWA, ON) – Ottawa Community Housing (OCH) has been named one of the National Capital Region’s Top Employers for the ninth consecutive year. The recognition highlights OCH’s continued investment in a workforce that delivers housing services to 33,000 tenants across Ottawa at a time of growing demand for affordable housing

Frontline teams provide property management, maintenance, and tenant services, while corporate staff support operations behind the scenes, ensuring consistent housing services across Ottawa. This recognition also highlights OCH’s commitment to fostering a workplace where employees feel supported, empowered, and motivated to make a difference. With roughly 33,000 tenants in 15,500 homes across the city, OCH employees deliver vital housing services including tenancy support, property management, maintenance, safety, security, administration, and community development. Behind the scenes, teams in engineering, finance, human resources, communications, and other corporate areas play a crucial role in enhancing service delivery and organizational excellence.
