As the Chief Operating Officer, Guy provides leadership and vision necessary to ensure OCH has the proper operational requirements and expertise to meet a comprehensive tenant and staff service program. This includes property management and maintenance services for OCH’s 15,000 homes, tenancy administration, a 24-hour call centre and a human resources team. Guy is very passionate and thrives on providing care and meaningful service to OCH’s 32,000 tenants.
Guy is an energized team player who ensures that each interaction with tenants and staff is positive and respectful. This is assured with qualified, respectful and customer-oriented staff who seek to come to a shared understanding of the desired outcomes guided by the OCH strategic goals. While extremely client-centred in his approaches, Guy also acknowledges that an offset with much-needed business acumen is required to balance what is needed and what can be provided.
Guy is currently an active member of the Board of Directors for LA Cité Collégiale.
Guy is a proven leader driven to results by influencing decision-makers and collaborating with key stakeholders. Guy is a seasoned professional with over thirty years of experience leading client and corporate services. Guy is a Chartered Professional Accountant with vast work experience in healthcare and community organizations such as the Ontario Association of Community Care Access Centre.
