The Cladding, Window and Door Restoration Project includes the following:

  • 1909 Russell Road (window, spandrel panel replacement)
  • 507 Riverdale (cladding restoration)
  • Richelieu Court (cladding repair, door replacement, regrading)
  • 2651 Regina (sealant replacement)
  • Scothill Rowhouses (window, door replacement)
  • Somerset rooming house (windows, mansards, roofing)


The Cladding, Window and Door Restoration Project is expected to cost approximately $3.2M.
