The Cladding, Window and Door Restoration Project includes the following:
- 1909 Russell Road (window, spandrel panel replacement)
- 507 Riverdale (cladding restoration)
- Richelieu Court (cladding repair, door replacement, regrading)
- 2651 Regina (sealant replacement)
- Scothill Rowhouses (window, door replacement)
- Somerset rooming house (windows, mansards, roofing)
Investment
The Cladding, Window and Door Restoration Project is expected to cost approximately $3.2M.
Status : In Progress
