Many bus routes throughout the city serve residents of Ottawa Community Housing. Many of these routes changed on April 27, when OC Transpo’s New Ways to Bus network came into effect.

As part of these bus network changes, more than 125 bus routes were changed, replaced, or newly introduced throughout Ottawa. Every neighbourhood and most customers are affected by these changes, so no matter where you’re travelling to, your bus route has changed on April 27.

On octranspo.com/NewWaysToBus, you’ll find updated route maps, schedules, and descriptions detailing every change to the network. You can also create customized travel plans on the new network using the Travel Planner. It’s essential to note that route schedules may also change, even if the routing remains the same

OC Transpo’s New Ways to Bus network responds to changes in customers’ travel needs and focuses on frequency, local service in your neighbourhood, and connections to key destinations and O-Train Lines 1, 2 and 4.

To view the full list of detailed route changes, explore maps, and plan your new trip, visit octranspo.com/NewWaysToBus. You can also ask questions about the network by sending OC Transpo an email at NewWaysToBus@ottawa.ca, calling 613-560-5000, or connecting with them on Facebook, X, and Instagram.
