Repair and replacement of exterior cladding in order to improve comfort and thermo-efficiency in the following communities:

  • Winthrop Court
  • McCartin Place
  • Vachon Place
  • Lebreton
  • Shearwater Court
  • Walkley Manor

Communication between OCH and the tenants has been key to helping minimize the disruption to their lives and facilitating the successful completion of these projects.

Status: In Progress

The wall restoration project is expected to cost approximately $5.2M.

**The above list identifies some of the communities selected as priorities in the 2016 Capital Works program. Please note that these are  subject to re-evaluation and re-prioritization as new information arise throughout the year. Comeback often for updates.
