Project
Repair and replacement of exterior cladding in order to improve comfort and thermo-efficiency in the following communities:
- Winthrop Court
- McCartin Place
- Vachon Place
- Lebreton
- Shearwater Court
- Walkley Manor
Communication between OCH and the tenants has been key to helping minimize the disruption to their lives and facilitating the successful completion of these projects.

Investment
The wall restoration project is expected to cost approximately $5.2M.
