Ottawa Community Housing will announce the next step in the journey to build an additional 273 homes in Centretown.

Join representatives from Ottawa Community Housing, the City of Ottawa, and the federal government for the groundbreaking event of Mosaïq Ottawa, construction phase 2, a significant step toward addressing the urgent need for affordable housing in our community. OCH will also introduce the successful General Contractor and Architect firm. This is a critical milestone in the development of this multi-phased project, which has received support from multiple levels of government.

We are honoured to have Mayor Mark Sutcliffe and Stéphane Giguère, CEO of Ottawa Community Housing, among our key participants, highlighting our commitment to affordable living solutions.

Located in an urban setting, Mosaiq Ottawa is just two blocks east of the future Corso Italia light rail station and close to main streets, providing easy access to shops and restaurants. We will share insights into modern amenities, energy-efficient designs, and fostering a sense of community, setting new standards for affordable living.
